For their final project in Dr. Bill Meyer’s meditation course, Isabela Fenner and Clarissa Russo provided Lauren Wright’s fourth grade class with an introductory lesson to mindfulness and meditation. Under their guidance, the students painted rocks with positive messages and images of what they are grateful for and what brings them joy.
