County Investigating 2 Guns Missing From Eastchester Police

The widow of an Eastchester police officer had originally turned in eight guns.

EASTCHESTER, NY — The Westchester County District Attorney's Office is investigating the disappearance of at least two guns turned in by the widow of an Eastchester police officer.

A police report said that the widow turned in eight guns but two of them were reported stolen, the Journal News said.

Neither Town Supervisor Anthony Colavita nor the DA's office would comment, the Journal News said.
