Eastchester Readies For 9th-Annual Green Festival
The town and school district are partnering up for the September event.

EASTCHESTER, NY - Eastchester will hold its 9th-annual Green Festival next month, according to a notice posted on the town's website.
The festival is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 9 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m at Anne Hutchinson School.
An array of local stakeholders are supporting the festival, including the Town of Eastchester, the Eastchester Union Free School District, the Village of Bronxville, the Village of Tuckahoe and the Eastchester Environmental Committee.

Activities at the festival, the schedule states, will include crafts, gardening, offering healthy foods, drop-offs for e-waste and old bikes, live music, composting, a mobile-shredder visit and a poster contest.
