Eastchester/Tuckahoe Vets' Group Holding Memorial Day Service
The indoor ceremony will be held instead of a parade.

EASTCHESTER, NY - Eastchester and Tuckahoe community members are invited to attend a pair of Memorial Day events this weekend.
A community member's Patch post notes that the Eastchester/Tuckahoe Veterans Ceremony Committee will hold an indoor ceremony on Saturday, May 27 at Eastchester High School's auditorium at 7 p.m.
"We will honor our Fallen Hometown Heroes with speakers from our three schools; Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe as well as others. The Eastchester High School band will provide music before the ceremony begins."

The post adds that there will not be a parade this year - Bronxville will still have its own, however - due to the success of an indoor event held last year because of rain.
An outdoor ceremony, the poster notes, will be held on Sunday, May 28, at Holy Mount Cemetery, where a reading of names and a wreath placement will be done.
