Former Tuckahoe Mayor Dies At 91
Phil White was working on a documentary until shortly before his death.
TUCKAHOE, NY — Former Tuckahoe mayor Phil White died June 28 at the age of 91. The village native was in hospice care in Scarsdale.
White was mayor of Tuckahoe twice, from 1975 to 1983 and 1991 to 2003, the Journal News reported.
He was also village historian, working on a documentary until a few days before he died.
