Fox News Host Complains Club Wouldn't Seat Her, Family
In since deleted tweets, Melissa Francis said the country club wouldn't give her a table because she works for Fox News.

BRONXVILLE, NY — A co-anchor of Fox Business Network’s After the Bell — Melissa Francis — alleged via Twitter that a Bronxville country club wouldn’t give her or her family a table because she works for the conservative-leaning media outlet — even though they are members.
The since-deleted tweets were captured by Mediaite and said, “We are member [sic] of Siwanoy Bronxville but somehow, they can’t fit us in for dinner. Repeatedly. I’m sure it’s a coincidence and not something more. Right? #NeverTrumpers #cnn #HillaryForever?”
Management of Siwanoy did not comment on the matter, according to the Journal News.

Francis did post a tweet apologizing to the club, adding that she is now convinced it was a misunderstanding.
I want to apologize to Siwanoy management for what I am now convinced was a misunderstanding. It was juvenile of me to take to Twitter - and I’m not just saying that because I’ve given my kids a get out of jail free card the next time they act like children.

Forget about those millions in Puerto Rico still without power. Melissa Francis can't get a dinner reservation at the posh Siwanoy Bronxville Country Club. Thoughts and prayers.https://t.co/4NCh489K1S

“I’ll see your Alan Dershowitz Martha’s Vineyard shunning and raise you a Melissa Francis Siwanoy table-banning,” tweeted @justinbaragona.
“It’s true and Siwanoy is very busy on the weekends in the Summer. How can she expect to walk up and get a table. Reservations are encouraged. No one behind her was seated…She expects special treatment.” from @GlennInvestor.
This woman used her celebrity to threaten a business and then deleted evidence of that and THEN tried to make light of it by suggesting she’ll choose to avoid her next parenting moment as her own punishment. This woman is a shrew. Siwanoy should revoke membership. @FoxNews https://t.co/jQZVGSofyl
