Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Eastchester and the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Eastchester will hold a joint public work session on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Town of Eastchester Town Hall, 40 Mill Road, Eastchester, New York to discuss and review Application 12-57, Summerfield Gardens, 151 Summerfield Street for site plan, architectural review and special permit approval and area variances for a proposed Senior Housing Development, affecting the premises known as Section 59, Block 5, Lots 17, 21, 42, 44 and 46 on the Tax Map of the Town of Eastchester, New York and known as 142 and 148 Montgomery Street and 149, 151 and 155 Summerfield Street.
