Tuckahoe Schools Calendar Available

Sept. 7, the day school opens in the Tuckahoe Union Free School District, is coming up fast.

Here are other important dates in the 2016-17 calendar. On Superintendent’s Conference Day, students ae off, but staff comes in.

Rosh Hashanah (school closed): Oct. 3, 4

Columbus Day (school closed): Oct. 10

Yom Kippur (school closed): Oct. 12

Veterans Day (school closed): Nov. 11

Thanksgiving: Nov. 23 - 25

Holiday recess (school closed): Starts after Dec. 23, and school resumes Jan. 3

Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday (school closed): Jan. 16

Winter Recess (school closed): Feb. 20 – 24

Teacher Professional Development Day (no classes): March 13

Spring recess (school closed): April 10 – 17

Memorial Day (school closed): May 29

Last day of school: June 23
