BROOKLYN, NY — Are you into glass blowing or rock music? What about beach parties and festivals? Get a taste of all this and more in Brooklyn this weekend. Here’s what’s happening:

Wake And Warped Tour Bus Trip
Neighborhood:
Bushwick
What: Down some craft beer and munch on breakfast food as you head to the final edition of Vans Warped Tour music festival at Jones Beach on a luxury coach bus. Be sure to arrive early for some delicious pre-ride eats. An after party and extended late night happy hour will be held for all Warped Tour ticket holders in Brooklyn at the morning pickup location.
Where: Pickup is at The Sampler Bushwick, Starr Street between Wyckoff and Irving avenues
When: Bus leaves Saturday at 9 a.m. and departs from the Warped Tour parking lot at 11 p.m.

One-Day Glass Blowing Workshop
Neighborhood:
Gowanus
What: Students will learn how to form molten glass into handcrafted objects during this hands-on, team-oriented class. No previous experience is necessary.
Where: Brooklyn Glass, 13th Street between Second and Third avenues
When: Saturday at 11 a.m.

The Total Park Slope Immersion 2018

Park Slope
What: Take a tour of classic pubs, local boutiques and delicious restaurants throughout one of Brooklyn’s most iconic neighborhoods and gain exclusive access to free beers and special deals at breweries, bars, stores and more.

SIP. SHOP. EAT! at The Collective Pop-Up Market

East Williamsburg
What: A monthly pop-up festival with vintage vendors, handmade goods, custom drinks and fresh food and desserts. You can even get your nails done or participate in a tarot card reading. Event is free with drink tickets available for purchase, including an all-you-can-drink option.

Cultural Crawl Brooklyn

Bushwick
What: This pub crawl travels nationwide “with the goal to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals/groups to drink, eat and explore.” More than a half dozen Brooklyn venues have already signed up, including Mominette Bistro, Wheelhouse BK, Moto Spirits Distillery and more.
Where: Registration at Bushwick Public House, Myrtle Avenue between Stockholm Street and Central Avenue
When: Start your crawl Saturday at 2 p.m.

Pop-Up Beach Party
Neighborhood:
Downtown Brooklyn
What: A Brooklyn block party featuring roots reggae from Meta and the Cornerstones, dubbed “the future of reggae music” by National Geographic. Badminton, sand art, snacks and a beach-themed photo booth round out the “beachy” activities at this local block party.
Where: Albee Square near the intersection of Fulton and Bond streets
When: Party it up on Saturday at 4 p.m.

Chords For Kids: Summer Benefit Jam
Neighborhood:
East Williamsburg
What: Jam, drink and dance the night away at this inaugural event, presented by the International Sports & Music project. This live showcase brings up-and-coming New York City musicians to a stage near you for one night only. All ticket sale proceeds benefit a campaign for new sports and music education programs for kids in “vulnerable” communities worldwide.
Where: The Well, Meserole Street between Waterbury Street and Bushwick Avenue
When: Saturday at 7 p.m.

Take It To The Streets Custom Car And Bike Lifestyle Show

Coney Island
What: Presented by Hot 97 DJ Magic, this all-day event includes a kiddie car show, stereo sound system battle, a surprise celebrity guest, children’s arts and crafts table, food, games, vendors and more.
Where: MCU Park, Surf Avenue at West 16th Street

Brooklyn Roots Festival

Prospect Park
What: A free folk arts festival and celebration of traditional arts and immigrant communities in Brooklyn, featuring performances, workshops, interactive family activities, a children’s center, food trucks and much more.
Where: Lefferts Historic House, 452 Flatbush Ave. inside Prospect Park
When: Sunday at 1 p.m.
