PROSPECT PARK, BROOKLYN -- First it was kittens, then it was a loose goose, now it's those darned "disruptive youths."

Trains on the B and Q line were delayed in Brooklyn Thursday afternoon so that the NYPD could investigate reports of "disruptive youths" riding on the outside of a train near the Prospect Park Station at about 2:20 p.m., the MTA announced on Twitter.

B service was rerouted to the D line and Q trains were rerouted to the N line as police investigated initial reports of a person on the tracks, according to the MTA.
