BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — As the Brooklyn Half Marathon sends tens of thousands of runners across the borough this Saturday, May 18, the city will close what might feel like half of Brooklyn’s streets.

The racers will be making their way from the Brooklyn Museum in Crown Heights to the Coney Island Boardwalk between 7 a.m. and noon, when the Popular Brooklyn Half is set to take place.

Many Brooklyn streets will be closed and parking will be limited so that runners can race the 13.1 miles through Prospect Park and down Ocean Parkway to the finish line at the Riegelmann Boardwalk.
