BROOKLYN, NY — Are you into ink? How about drinks? Whether you're looking to sport some permanent body art or spend the weekend drinking 'til you drop, Brooklyn is there for you. Here's what's up.

Brooklyn Tattoo Expo
Neighborhood:
Greenpoint
What: More than 100 tattoo artists and vendors are on the docket for this year’s expo. Get “tatted” by the nation’s best industry experts while you enjoy food, drinks, music and fun at this weekendlong event.
Where: Brooklyn EXPO Center, Noble Street at Franklin Street
When: Friday, 3 to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Press Play Fair 2018
Neighborhood:
Red Hook
What: A two-day music and book fair “celebrating the merits of independent publishing and the dissemination of the arts through publication, recorded sound, and their expanded mediums.” The event will include live music, performances and panels, among other activities.
Where: Pioneer Works, Pioneer Street between Conover and Van Brunt streets
When: Friday, 7 to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 12 to 11 p.m.

See/Saw NY: An Immersion into a Magician's Mind
Neighborhood:
Greenpoint
What: An evening of magic with illusionist Siegfried Tieber, who will answer audience questions and “share the philosophy behind the his unique form of magic.”
Where: 122 Franklin St. at Milton Street, near the American Playground
When: The enchantment begins Saturday at 9:30 p.m.

New York Mead Day
Neighborhood:
East Williamsburg
What: The first Mead Day event is an “education event in honor of the world’s oldest alcoholic beverage.” This free event is open to all members of the public, and features interactive workshops as well as tastings from five different local meaderies.
Where: Enlightenment Wines, Scott Avenue at Randolph Street
When: Sunday at 2 p.m.

Sip And Swap Fundraiser
Neighborhood:
East Williamsburg
What: This clothing swap raises funds for Girls Inc. of New York City, a program that “advocates for and works to improve the lives of low-income and at-risk girls” throughout all five boroughs by providing them with “research-based academic enrichment and lifestyle development programs.”
Where: 35 Meadow St. at Bogart Street, near The Paper Box event venue
When: Sunday at 2 p.m.

Distillery Tour And Tasting
Neighborhood:
East Williamsburg
What: Get the chance to try out some rice whisky at one of New York City’s newest microdistilleries. Ticket includes one cocktail, light food, a guided distillery tour and craft spirits tasting, as well as various bottle discounts.
Where: Moto Spirits Distillery, Central Avenue between Flatbush Avenue and Forrest Street
When: Sunday at 2:30 p.m.

Brooklyn Rum Festival
Neighborhood:
Prospect Lefferts Gardens
What: Taste test rums from Haiti, Puerto Rico, Barbados, St. Lucia, Jamaica, Trinidad and more and chat with brand ambassadors. Small plated of Caribbean cuisine and several cocktail selections will be available. Five mixed cocktails are included with the price of admission.
Where: BKLYN COMMONS, Flatbush Avenue near Sterling Street
When: Start slurping ‘em down on Sunday at 3 p.m.
