WATCH: Out-Of-Control Driver Hits Teen In Borough Park, Brooklyn
The driver, who apparently suffered a heart attack, lost control and drove into the young pedestrian.
BOROUGH PARK, BROOKLYN — A driver suffering a heart attack lost control of his car this morning, police say. The driver jumped the curb and struck a teenage girl near 18th Avenue and 55th Street.
In spite of being struck by the car, the young pedestrian did not suffer any serious injuries, reported CBS2. Officials declared the driver likely suffered a heart attack and lost control of his vehicle.
He was taken to Maimonides Medical Center where he later died.
