2 Teens Strike Woman In Head With Gun, Steal Her Purse

The woman, who was attacked in East NY, had $700 cash and a Galaxy cellphone in her purse, cops said.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — Two teens attacked a woman in the East New York area on Tuesday night and stole her purse which had $700 in cash and a Galaxy cellphone in it, police said. At around 9:50 p.m. in front of 46 Elton St., the two attackers approached the woman and struck her in the face with a gun, according to the NYPD. They then ran off with her purse.

Cops describe the first suspect as a Hispanic man, 17 to 20 years old, around 5-foot-8-inches tall and 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red hoodie and black sweatpants. The other suspect is described as a man with "dark skin," also 17 to 20 years old and around 5-foot-5-inches tall.
