CYPRESS HILLS, BROOKLYN — Affordable apartments near Broadway Junction will hit the city's housing lotto Friday but are only available to those earning between $61,000 and $124000 a year.
Three one-bedrooms at 14 Havens Place will go up for grabs on the NYC Housing Connect website but are only available to New Yorkers earning 130 percent of the Area Median Income.
One $2,211-a-month duplex demands a single applicant earn no less than $75,806 and up to $97,110 a year.

The duplex also available to households of two or three with an annual income between $75,806 and $124,930.
Two $1,800-a-month units are available only to a single person earning between $61,715 and $97,110 a year, or households of up to three people with an annual income between $61,715 and $124,930.
