Bus driver Lenny Lachman was charged with driving drunk in Canarsie Sunday morning, police said.

CANARSIE, BROOKLYN — AN MTA driver who smashed a bus with nine passengers inside it into a row of cars Sunday morning was drunk on vodka, according to police and reports.

Lenny Lachman, 24, was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving after he crashed his B82 bus near 56th Street and Flatlands Avenue at about 1:30 a.m, police said.

Lachman’s blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit and he had two bottles of Georgi vodka, one already open, with him in the bus, a police source told the New York Post.
