East New York Woman Disappears From Vermont Street Home: Cops

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — An East New York woman disappeared from her home Monday morning and has not been seen since, according to police.

Catherine Thompson, 58, was last seen outside her home on Vermont Street between Black and Dumont avenues at about 8:30 a.m., said police.

Police describe Thompson having black hair and brown eyes, standing approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds.

Thompson was last seen wearing a grey sweater, pink blouse, gray jeans, and Adidas sneakers, police said.
