A seven-story mixed-use building is slated for 10 Schroeder's Walk.
EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — Arker Companies filed plans to develop a new 200-unit mixed-use building at the Fountains, the vast affordable housing complex to be built near the Gateway Center, according to reports.
The seven-story building slated for 10 Schroeder’s Walk is part of the eight-building, 1,169-unit affordable development Governor Cuomo announced in May.
Arker Companies paid New York State $10 million for a plot of land that once housed the Brooklyn Developmental Center, which closed in 2015, according to the Governor’s office.
