BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — A Brooklyn sneak thief was caught on video snipping open the pocket of a sleeping subway commuter, police said.

Video shows a scissor-wielding pickpocket creeping up behind his 28-year-old victim — dressed to the nines in a black suit and pink socks — on an L train near the Atlantic Avenue station at about 2:10 a.m. on June 12 , according to police.

The sleeping man doesn't budge as the crook chops away at his pants then grabs a cell phone and credit cards, video shows.
