Buffalo Native Opens Western NY Themed Restaurant In NJ
Garden State residents can now get beef on weck at Little Buffalo in Cranford.
Buffalo wings can be found just about everywhere. But where, outside of Western New York, can you get a charbroiled Zweigle hot dog or a kimmelweck roll? Michael Maggio grew up in Buffalo and just last November he opened Little Buffalo in Cranford, New Jersey to bring some of his hometown favorites to people who have never tried these treats. He talked with Cranford Radio to discuss his new venture and some of what he loves from the Queen City.
