Train Derails Near Buffalo, Bursts Into Flames (Photos)
BREAKING: The train derailed in Attica, near Buffalo, and caught fire, multiple media outlets reported.

ATTICA, NY — Emergency workers responded to a fiery train derailment in Attica, New York, late Thursday afternoon, multiple media outlets reported. Photos posted on social media showed crumpled train cars and thick black smoke shooting into the air.
A Northfolk Southern spokesman told The Daily News in Batavia that the train was not hauling any hazardous materials. At least two people were hurt and were initially taken to a nearby farmhouse, the news outlet said.
Attica is about 30 miles east of Buffalo.
