$75K Minimum Salary Required For 'Affordable' Bushwick Housing
New affordable housing units on Stockholm Street require applicants earn more than $75,000 a year, city records show.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN -- A batch of "affordable" Bushwick apartments require applicants earn more than $75,000-a-year to apply, city records show.
Three one-bedroom apartments at 306 Stockholm St. hit the housing market Monday but are only available to those earning 130% the area median income, according to the NYC Housing Connect listing.
The apartments, which go for $2,211-per-month, are available to a single person earning between $75,806 and $95,030, two people earning between $75,806 and $108,550 or three people earning between $75,806 and $122,070, records show.

Owner Jacob Lefkowitz of Stanhope Lofts LLC filed permits in 2016 to build the four-story, eight-unit building in 2016, the same year the plot was purchased for $130,000, city records show.
