$856 Studio Apartments Next To Little Skips Hit Housing Lottery
There are eight apartments up for grabs in a newly constructed building on Charles Place.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A small batch of Bushwick apartments, some going for just $856 per month, hit the city’s affordable housing lottery Monday morning.
The eight newly constructed units will be up for grabs at 16 Charles Place — a building that boasts Little Skips as a neighbor — from Feb. 12 until March 6, according to the NYC Housing Connect website.
A former partner of the murdered developer Menachem Stark, Israel Perlmutter, bought the land behind Little Skips for $5 million in 2011, according to a YIMBY report.
