'Affordable' Bushwick 1-Bedroom Costs $2,050 Per Month
Anyone earning more than $70,000 a year is welcome to apply.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — New Yorkers with six-figure incomes are welcome to apply for the newest Bushwick apartments to hit the affordable housing lotto.
Three one-bedroom apartments at 183 Covert St. became available through the NYC Housing Connect website Friday, but only to those earning 130 percent of the Area Median Income, city records show.
One of the apartments costs $2,050 a month and only those households with an annual income between $70,286 and $124,930 are eligible to apply.

Two additional one-bedrooms cost $1,800 a month and are available to households bringing in between $61,715 and $124,930, according to the listing.
The residential, four-story, eight-unit building stands on Covert Street between Wilson and Central Avenues, city records show.

Those who meet income requirements have until Aug. 9 to apply.
