All Year Management made headlines in 2017 when owners reneged on a promise to provide 24 percent affordable housing in the enormous apartment complex going up on Montieth Street.

The three apartments hit the NYC Housing Connect lottery one week after Bushwick community leaders protested an uptick in luxury development they argued displaces lifelong residents who typically earn between $25,000- and $30,000-a-year.

"So-called affordable housing, it's all bull," said Marty Needleman, a Brooklyn Legal Services attorney. "It promotes such displacement … And Mayor de Blasio is responsible."

The average annual salary in New York City is about $69,000, according to PayScale.com.

Amenities in the four-story building include a lounge and laundry room which residents must pay an extra fee to use, records show.
