'Affordable' Bushwick Apts Come With $100K Salary Requirement
Ten Bushwick apartments up for grabs through the city's affordable housing lottery demand annual salaries of up to $122,070, records show.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN -- Ten new "affordable" Bushwick apartments demand applicants earn between $57,000 and $122,000 a year, city records show.
A studio and nine one-bedroom apartments at 1595 Broadway hit the New York City affordable housing lottery Friday and are available only to those earning 130 percent of the area median income, according to the NYC Housing Connect listing.
The studio will rent at $1,689-a-month and is available to New Yorkers bring in between $57,909 and $108,550 every year.

The one-bedroom apartments will cost $1,989-a-month and is only available to households with an annual income between $68,195 and $122,070, records show.
Building amenities include an open rooftop, gym, game room, parking and laundry room, but extra fees may apply.

Those who meet the city's income requirements have until March 29 to apply.
