BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — The city has opened up a waiting list for $1,000-a-month one-bedrooms in Bushwick.
New Yorkers who meet specific income requirements might be able to snag one of two apartments open at 25 Woodbine St., according to the NYC Housing Connect listing.
The units, each of which go for $1,004 a month, are available to single people with annual incomes between $34,423 and $44,820 and pairs with combined annual incomes between $34,423 and $51,240, records show.

Amenities include a coin-operated laundry room and the building is about three blocks away from the Gates Avenue J and Z train station.
The city will be accepting applications through July 8, records show.
