BREAKING: Bushwick Laundromat Catches Fire
Dozens of firefighters fought back flames at Busy B's Laundromat in Bushwick Wednesday afternoon.
BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A fire broke out at Busy B's Laundromat on the corner of Covert and Wilson streets, a few blocks from the Wilson Avenue L train stop, around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, according to city fire officials.
Ten fire trucks and 75 firefighters rushed the laundromat at 218 Covert St. to put out the blaze, a spokesperson for the FDNY told Patch.
It was not immediately clear how the fire started.
