
BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — Bushwick — home of man-bun assassins, Trump-hexing witches and toilet paper dress designers — is the second coolest neighborhood in the United States of America, according to a new report.
Bushwick is the second best neighborhood in the country for cool things — which include bikeability, festivals and local taxes — according to a new study from the real estate website HotSpot Rentals.
The Bush earned 88 points out of 100, and was beat out by The Mission in San Francisco by just four points.

Bushwick scored high on four of the six 100-point categories — walkability, transit, budget, entertainment — but flunked lifestyle (Bushwick, apparently, is not a hub of pet-friendliness and outdoor activities) with a 56 for and weather with a 65.
Only one other New York City neighborhood — Sunset Park in Brooklyn — made the cut in a list of neighborhoods in cities such as Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago and Washington D.C.
