Bushwick Teen Dad Smothered Infant Son, Cops Say

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A teenaged Bushwick dad has been arrested for smothering his infant son to death, police said.
Quincy Pierre, 19, stands accused of killing 2-month-old Nikollai Major inside their home on Cornelia Street between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue Friday morning about 6:40 a.m., said police.
Pierre was arrested on manslaughter charges in Brooklyn's 83rd precinct just before midnight Saturday, police said.

Emergency responders who found Nikollai unconscious rushed him to Wyckoff Hospital but doctors could not save his life, according to police.
More information about Pierre's arraignment was not immediately available.
