There will also be a late-night celebration, Neon Nights, after 9 p.m. It will be a fluorescent-themed party with a “cuddle puddle” and a neon beauty bar for which costumes are required. Summer of Love attendees will pay a discounted $10 at the door if they arrive before 11 p.m.
