L Trains Stopped Running To Manhattan Thursday Morning, Says MTA
An FDNY investigation at Bedford Avenue halted L train service during rush hour Thursday morning, said the MTA.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — L trains came to a sudden halt during Thursday morning’s rush hour as firefighters investigated a Brooklyn station, officials said.
MTA officials stopped L train service between Brooklyn and Manhattan at about 8:15 so that the FDNY could investigate smoke at the Bedford Avenue station in Williamsburg, according to the MTA and straphangers.
