“You'll no longer have to endure my terrible stories while waiting to pay,” Mounier joked.
I am very excited to share that June 1st Covert Coffee will become part of a Bushwick Institution, "Little Skips!" And while you'll see some familiar faces gracing the shop, you'll no longer have to endure my terrible stories while waiting to pay. I'm leaving the shop in the very capable hands of the "Llittle Skips" team. I'll never be able to convey the sense of gratitude and appreciation that I feel towards every person who's walked through the doors at 1643 Broadway! Thank you for allowing me to be apart of your lives. This past year and a half has been surreal. -Aaron

Patrons responded with well wishes and demands to know whether the cafe would still serve Mexican hot chocolate.
"I'll try and twist their arms," Mounier replied.
