Man Offered Bushwick Girl $50 To Get In His Van, Cops Say
A 12-year-old escaped a man who tried to lure her into his Kia Sedona parked near Willoughby Street Saturday afternoon.
BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN -- A man tried to lure a 12-year-old Bushwick girl into his van with the promise of a $50 payment, police said.
The Kia Sedona driver called out to the girl as she walked near Willoughby and Saint Nicholas avenues at 11 a.m. Saturday afternoon, said police.
The frightened girl ran away when the man offered her money to get inside the 2014 Kia minivan, and he quickly pulled out of his parking spot and rolled away, police said.

Police released photos of the van, which they say was driven by a man in 20s, Tuesday afternoon.
Anyone with information about the van or its driver is asked to contact police.
