Minimum $100K Salary Required For 'Affordable' Bushwick Home
An "affordable" Bushwick apartment is only open to households earning more than $100,000 a year.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN -- An "affordable" Bushwick apartment is only available to those pulling in six-figure incomes, city records show.
Two new apartments at 961 Madison St. will hit the affordable housing market Friday but are only available to households earning 130 percent of the Area Median Income, according to the NYC Housing Connect website.
A one-bedroom apartment that costs $2,100-a-month is only available to people with an annual income between $72,000 and $108,550.

And the $3,000-a-month three-bedroom requires applicants earn between $102,858 and $157,300 every year.
CMZ Property Group LLC bought a two-family building on the property for $950,000 in 2016, then converted it to a six-family complex by enlarging the basement adding a penthouse, city records show.

The building, which stands between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, is a four-block walk from the Halsey Street J train station.
The apartments come with an in-unit washer and dryer and those who meet income requirements have until April 12 to apply.
