UPDATE: FOUND! 72-Year-Old Mercedes Lopez, Last Seen Saturday
Lopez was last seen on Saturday, March 11 at around 8 p.m. inside her home at 243 Schaefer St., police said.
UPDATE 3:20 p.m.: Lopez was found and is safe, cops said.
BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — Mercedes Lopez, 72, has been reported missing in Bushwick, cops said.
Lopez was last seen on Saturday, March 11 at around 8 p.m. inside her home at 243 Schaefer St., police said. She was last seen wearing a yellow sweater and jeans and possibly carrying a black suitcase.

Cops have released a photo of Lopez and are asking anyone with information in regards to her whereabouts to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
