In surveillance video of the incident distributed by the NYPD, a man carrying Dunkin Donuts bag and a black garbage bag opens a gate next to the building's stoop and enters an area where about five packages are on the ground. He then puts three of the packages in his garbage back, hoists the bag over his head and walks off with it, after leaving the Dunkin Donuts bag in the gated area.
