BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN – Buswick real estate is booming.
A recent report showed prices for new developments surged 20 percent in the quarter ending June 30, according to the brokerage firm MNS. The median price per square foot for new homes in Bushwick went from $648 to $779.
The price-per-square-foot stats stand out from the rest of Brooklyn. The figure dropped 2.4 percent for the borough overall.
