Seven-Story Mixed-Use Building Slated For Former KFC Lot On Bushwick Avenue
The new building at 668 Bushwick Ave. , which will house 50 apartments and medical office spaces, is expected to be completed in 2019.
BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — The empty lot on the corner of Bushwick and Myrtle avenues is going to get a seven-story mixed-use building, according to reports and city records.
The 55-941-square-foot building slated for 668 Bushwick Ave. — where once there stood a Kentucky Fried Chicken — will include spaces for medical office on the first two stories and fifty 68-square-foot apartments on the five stories above, YIMBY reported Monday.
Court records show Genaro Urueta of Maspeth is the architect of record and an unknown LLC is the developer.
