Snag A $947 Rental In Bushwick Complex With Pool And Movie House
More than 180 affordable units in a luxury Bushwick apartment complex hit the housing lottery this week.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — More than 180 affordably priced apartments in Evergreen Gardens — a Bushwick complex that boasts movie theaters and a swimming pool — hit the housing lottery on Monday, city records show.
There are 183 studios, one- and two-bedrooms up for grabs at newly constructed buildings with a slew of amenities at 54 Noll St. and 123 Melrose St. in Bushwick, according to the NYC Housing Connect website.
Beyond the pool and the theater, residents will also have access to a gym, laundry room, mailroom, on-site super, lounge and recreation room, children’s lounge, cafe, dog spa, library, rooftop terrace and parking.

There are 56 studios that cost $947 per month available to people with an annual income between $34,355 and $40,080.
There are 87 one-bedroom apartments that cost $1,017 per month available to people with an annual income between $36,823 and $45,840.

And there are 40 two-bedroom apartments that cost $1,230 per month available to people with an annual income between $44,160 and $57,240 a year.
The 1 million-square-foot complex was developed on the former site of the Rheingold Brewery by Yoel Goldman’s All Year Management and designed by ODA Architecture, The Real Deal first reported in 2016.
The building’s 183 affordably priced apartments constitute just about 20 percent of the complex’s 800 units.
The deadline to apply for an apartment is May 3.
