Video: ATM Bandits Bombard Bushwick, Cops Say
A trio of cash machine thieves has struck at least three Bushwick businesses in the past two months, police said.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — ATM Bandits are striking small businesses across Brooklyn and Queens, according to police.
Three cash machine thieves were caught lugging an enormous ATM out of a laundromat on Knickerbocker Avenue and Troutman Street about 4 a.m. Sept. 19, police said.
Video shows the trio dragging the ATM over the concrete and into the back of an SUV, as well as two other thefts in Bushwick, according to police.

The ATM burglars have hit at least nine businesses during a spree that began in Bushwick the night of Sept. 6, when they broke into a Wilson Avenue bodega cash register, police said.
Cops say the criminals have made off with more than $8,000 cash.
