VIDEO: Bushwick Attack Leaves Man With No Credit Cards, Black Eye
Cops are looking for three men who were caught on video beating up a guy on the corner of Jefferson and Evergreen.
BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A 23-year-old man was beat up and robbed in Bushwick by three men who are still on the loose, cops said. On Jan. 20 at around 11 p.m. at the corner of Evergreen Avenue and Jefferson Street, three men in their late teens approached the man, and one of them struck him in the back of the head, sending him tumbling to the ground, cops said. Once the victim was on the ground, the other two men punched and kicked him in his face and body, causing a black eye, and took his iPhone 6 and credit cards from his pocket, then escaping the scene, according to police.
The NYPD released surveillance video of the fight, blurring out the victim's face, and they're looking for anyone with information in regards to this incident to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
