WeWork Competitor Expands Upcoming Bushwick Outpost

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A new outpost of a spacious, modern co-working space called Bond Collective (formerly known as Cowork|rs) is coming to Bushwick. Bond announced last week it purchased the warehouse next door to the building it purchased in April for its Bushwick location. It plans on expanding vertically and horizontally onto that warehouse, and the new space will feature an outdoor area which can also be reserved for events, a spokesperson for Bond told Patch.

The location is 839 Broadway at the corner of Park Street and Broadway in western Bushwick. It will be Bond's fifth location in NYC; the WeWork competitor already has working spaces in midtown and downtown Manhattan and Gowanus.
