The recently revealed tower, at 5 River Park, will have a total of 30 condos when it opens next year, New York YIMBY reported.

COBBLE HILL, NY — Developers released plans this week for a 15-story condo tower slated for the controversial development at the former Long Island College Hospital site in Cobble Hill.

Fortis Property Group detailed the last tower, 5 River Park, in their massive redevelopment of the site that will have 30 condominiums inside, according to New York YIMBY who published a new rendering of the project.

The developer did not respond to requests for comment from Patch.

The new tower will have a mix of studio to four-bedroom apartments along with a parking garage, outdoor swimming pool, gym and more, according to YIMBY.

The condo, at 357 Henry St., is the last part in Fortis' redevelopment of the former LICH site in Cobble Hill which includes two other large towers, converting a smaller building into condos and building townhouses in the area.

The project has been criticized by locals after debris flew off the roof during construction and fake no parking signs were posted around the site.

Developers also faced backlash from local elected officials last year because they advertised upgrades to two nearby parks that weren't approved or reviewed by the city.
