COBBLE HILL, NY — Police said a man punched a 5-year-old in the face on the G train over the weekend then then asked the boy, "Are you going to cry to your mommy?"
The 5-year-old was riding the G train with his mom on Saturday when Ramon Thomas, 25, punched him in the face near the Bergen Street station at about 4:25 p.m., the NYPD said.
The man taunted the boy afterward, asking him if he was going to cry, then ran out of the train when it stopped at Bergen Street, police said. A fellow straphanger snapped a photo of the man, who police later identified as Thomas.
