Bank To Take Over Former Carroll Gardens Pasta Restaurant
The First National Bank of Long Island plans to open a new branch at a former pasta restaurant on Smith Street.

CARROLL GARDENS, NY — The storefront of a former pasta spot on Smith Street that shuttered last year will be replaced by a branch of a Long Island-based bank.
The First National Bank of Long Island plans to open up their second Brooklyn branch inside the former Pazzi Pasta space at 227 Smith St., the blog Pardon Me for Asking first reported. The bank plans to open the branch next month, a spokeswoman said.
Pazzi Pasta first opened in 2013 offering up a Chipotle style take-out where customers chose their pasta and sauces.
