Carroll Gardens Townhouse Sets Record With $9M Sale, Report Says
The four-floor home at 181 President St. sold for $9.15 million, beating the neighborhood's previous record of $6 million, Curbed reported.

CARROLL GARDENS, NY — A posh, four-story townhouse on President Street sold for $9.15 million, setting a new sales record for Carroll Gardens, Curbed reported.
The home at 181 President St. sold last week and beat out the previous record of $6 million for sales of homes and condos in the neighborhood, according to Curbed.
The newly-constructed townhouse has an elevator, a multi-car garage, a Tesla charging station, a brick and walnut facade and 5,356-square-feet of space, according to the real estate listing.

The land previously was a one-story garage until it was sold to a developer in 2014 for $1.4 million, Curbed reported. The structure was razed and the townhouse was put in its place.
It was put up for sale with an asking price of $9.95 million in the summer.
