Firefighters from two Red Hook firehouses and two Brooklyn Heights firehouses will throw down against one another to determine whose BBQ is best at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31 on the waterfront by Fairway's Red Hook store, located at 480-500 Van Brunt Street.
