Jonathan Safran Foer's Cobble Hill Home Sells For $7.6M
The author sold his Pacific Street townhouse to "Million Dollar Listing" star Ryan Serhant, the Real Deal reported.

COBBLE HILL, NY — Author Jonathan Safran Foer sold his Cobble Hill brownstone for $7.6 million to reality television star Ryan Serhant, the Real Deal reported.
Serhant, star of "Million Dollar Listing: New York," was marketing the sale of Foer's 374 Pacific St. home but decided to buy it for himself and relocate to Brooklyn from SoHo, the Real Deal reported.
Safran Foer, known for his books "Everything is Illuminated" and "Eating Animals," originally bought the Cobble Hill home for $5.4 million in 2014 then tried to unload it for $10.5 million, according to the Real Deal.

He put up the eight-bedroom home again earlier this year with Serhant's company for $8.995 million, the website reported.
