SEE: This $4.5M Condo In Carroll Gardens Could Set A Record Sale
The corner penthouse would be most expensive condo sale in the neighborhood's history if it closes at this price.
CARROLL GARDENS, BROOKLYN — A $4.5 million condo sale on President Street that topped the borough's luxury market deals last week could become the most expensive ever sold in the neighborhood's history.
The corner penthouse at 145 President Street was the priciest out of 12 contracts signed in Brooklyn's luxury real estate market, or homes priced $2 million and above, according to a weekly report by Stribling. And, if it closes at its current $4.5 million price tag, it set a record for the highest-priced condo sale in Carroll Gardens history.
The lucky new homeowners will enjoy four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and more than 2,300 square feet of space in their new pad.

The condo also includes a 1,061-square-foot terrace, French-door-inspired floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors and nine-foot tall ceilings, according to the listing.
Its sale came in more than $1 million over the average $3.3 million contract price for luxury sales in the borough last week. The Brooklyn luxury market brought in a total of just under $43 million.
